One of the first places IOP Fellow Connie Morella went after winning a House seat for Maryland’s 8th District was the Kennedy School. The year was 1987, and she had come for the Institute’s perennial New Members of Congress reception. Two decades later, she is back at the Kennedy School, this time not to learn lessons about Washington, but to teach them.
